severe sharp pain in upper right teeth. now radiating to bottom right. pain comes in random waves of no pain to severe sharp. dentist did many x-rays and other tests. all teeth are normal. max sinuses clogged though. could sinus really cause this?

Absolutely: There are only 2 cells between the bottom of your maxillary sinuses and the top of your upper molar tooth roots. Yes, infected sinuses can cause the symptoms you reported. Please see an ENT for relief.

Yes: Blepharospasm is an involuntary spasm of the muscles in the eyelid. They are near the sinuses and can get affected because inflammation of the sinuses. Some nerves of the eye  pass thru the sinuses and ending at your brain. When your sinuses are inflamed some nerves can get irritated, causing muscle spasms

Pressure: build up in the sinuses puts pressure on the nerves creating the ache. Use decongestants, antihistamines, saline nasal sprays/rinses, Neti pot, etc.

Sounds like: you might have a viral illness. The symptoms described are indicative of the body's immune response. If so, it should pass in 3-7 days. If you develop stiff neck or uncontrollable vomiting, go to the ER. Otherwise, OTC meds can control the symptoms until you feel better. Hope this helps!

Heal your sinuses: Sinus problems or infections mimic toothaches and can be confusing!  get an antibiotic such as Amoxicillin 500mg and add a strong decongestant such as actifed or sudafed, followed by sinus rinses with ocean spray.

Sinuses: If you hold your nose shut and try to blow and the air comes through your mouth you have a sinus exposure.  If it was just that the roots of the tooth were long and was up in sinus area without an exposure then that is different. The pain can be many things, but is usually healing or dry socket.  You should see your dentist for an evaluation.
