Sounds like: you might have a viral illness. The symptoms described are indicative of the body's immune response. If so, it should pass in 3-7 days. If you develop stiff neck or uncontrollable vomiting, go to the ER. Otherwise, OTC meds can control the symptoms until you feel better. Hope this helps!
