What's recommended as a cure for tooth pain from sinuses?

Heal your sinuses: Sinus problems or infections mimic toothaches and can be confusing! get an antibiotic such as Amoxicillin 500mg and add a strong decongestant such as actifed or sudafed, followed by sinus rinses with ocean spray.

See an ENT: Sinus infections will cause upper back teeth to hurt. The roots of these teeth are in contact with the sinus. Sinus pressure will cause the tooth to extrude a little, be sore and feel "tall"; or hit first. Once the sinus is well, the tooth should settle down, if it doesn't go see a dentist for tests on the offending tooth.

Treat sinus: If you have infected inflamed sinuses that are causing pain in top back teeth, see an ear/nose/throat specialist for sinus rx. If teeth are infected, see an endodontist for root canal rx.

Cure not guaranteed: The question is: is the sinus causing the tooth pain or the tooth the source of some sinus issues? You really need to see a dentist and have a x-ray taken and be examined.

Treat sinus: If you have tooth pain from sinus, sinus must be infected. Sounds chronic. See ENT doc for assessment/recommendations.
