A member asked:

Is it possible that bad sinuses (pressure around the eyes, nose and teeth) could cause the lower eyelid to twitch occasionally?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Blepharospasm is an involuntary spasm of the muscles in the eyelid. They are near the sinuses and can get affected because inflammation of the sinuses. Some nerves of the eye pass thru the sinuses and ending at your brain. When your sinuses are inflamed some nerves can get irritated, causing muscle spasms
