Why do my teeth and jaws hurt so bad when my sinuses act up? is there anything i can do to prevent it?

Pressure: build up in the sinuses puts pressure on the nerves creating the ache. Use decongestants, antihistamines, saline nasal sprays/rinses, Neti pot, etc.
