Yes: Since ear, nose, throat and some adjacebt areas are connected to each other, an infected or rotten tooth may lead to sinusitis. Thanks.

Possible: Dental infections, especially of the upper arch can contribute to sinus problems. I would highly suggest that if you have a bad tooth that you have it looked at by a dentist so that they can advise you of your options for care and help avoid bigger problems that the infection from that tooth can cause.
