Severe sharp pain in upper right teeth. now radiating to bottom right. pain comes in random waves of no pain to severe sharp. dentist did many x-rays and other tests. all teeth are normal. max sinuses clogged though. could sinus really cause this?

Absolutely: There are only 2 cells between the bottom of your maxillary sinuses and the top of your upper molar tooth roots. Yes, infected sinuses can cause the symptoms you reported. Please see an ENT for relief.
