Chest pain: Uncomplicated essential hypertension is usually without symptoms until complications such as stroke, heart attack or kidney problems appear.

if the moderate pulmonary hypertension has no symptoms, than what causes my chest pain?

Many things: Why is there moderate pulmonary hypertension. 
That should be determined if possible. A better description of the chest pain is needed. Exact location, what brings it on, is it worse taking a deep breath, Has there been chest or rib trauma in the past, is an xray of the chest and ribs normal, has there been a history of cancer, is there tenderness in the area of the pain, is there pain lifting?

always lighthead , chest pain, palpitations.both x-ray & ct showed slight enlarged pulmonary artery.had echo 4possible pulm hypertension. if echo results are normal, is my artery not cause? i have lupus.

Artery not cause.  : Suggest asking for holter monitor for irregular heartbeats.

Yes: Chest pain is not usually related to the hypertension itself unless the blood pressure is very high. But complications of the hypertension, such as a dissecting aneurysm (tearing of the aorta) or a heart attack could produce chest pain.

i am 16. i have been getting random spells where i feel like the ground beneath me is shifting. i feel very unbalanced and like i could fall any second. i have stage two hypertension(141/89). i sometimes get chest pain?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

i am 39 & with essential hypertension since 18yrs.also type 2 dm.i am not on regular medications. i am getting occasional left sided chest pain.why?

Chest pain: When somebody has to chest pain , cardiac origin has to be ruled out. See your doctor.

i've recently been discharged from hospital due to hypertension. my bp is currently has been stable having left the hospital however i'm still experiencing chest pain. should i be worried?

There's no way to know whether this is serious or worrisome without a lot more detail about your BP problem, how it's being treated, nature of the chest pain, what was found when you were hospitalized (e.g., an EKG), and many other factors. Not hypertension: A proper physical exam should reveal the cause. There's tricks to spot where the chest wall is and is not moving, including effusions and paralysis of a leaf of the diaphragm.

Disbalance in vessel: Blood vessels are lined by cells call endothelia. They make chemicals that both relax the vessels (vasodilator) &amp; constrict them. Usually, the chems are kept in balance. in some individuals, the endothelium has a bias or predisposition to one or the other. The slightest thing can set it off. In your case, pseudoephedrine causes walls to overly constrict, raising blood pressure. Avoid OTC cold meds

two weeks ago i was diagnosed with hypertension, and often times i feel very tired and numb especially on my thighs, and since last week i have a chest pain that goes with left shoulder , especially when i cough?

HTN, c/p, numbness: Conditions that may or may not be related. For c/p may be pleurodynia viral infection of lung membrane or may be pericarditis ( inflammation of the heart membrane) from virus or even pneumonia..Thigh numbness can be  Meralgia paresthetica  especially if overweight. Alternatively putting all together may be from Lyme disease if applicable , or very rarely MS ( multiple sclerosis). f/u/ w/MD
