A member asked:

If the moderate pulmonary hypertension has no symptoms, than what causes my chest pain?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Many things: Why is there moderate pulmonary hypertension. That should be determined if possible. A better description of the chest pain is needed. Exact location, what brings it on, is it worse taking a deep breath, Has there been chest or rib trauma in the past, is an xray of the chest and ribs normal, has there been a history of cancer, is there tenderness in the area of the pain, is there pain lifting?
