I've recently been discharged from hospital due to hypertension. my bp is currently has been stable having left the hospital however i'm still experiencing chest pain. should i be worried?

Sorry...: ...but no useful answer is possible from this sort of forum. There's no way to know whether this is serious or worrisome without a lot more detail about your BP problem, how it's being treated, nature of the chest pain, what was found when you were hospitalized (e.g., an EKG), and many other factors.
