Two weeks ago i was diagnosed with hypertension, and often times i feel very tired and numb especially on my thighs, and since last week i have a chest pain that goes with left shoulder , especially when i cough?

HTN, c/p, numbness: Conditions that may or may not be related. For c/p may be pleurodynia viral infection of lung membrane or may be pericarditis ( inflammation of the heart membrane) from virus or even pneumonia..Thigh numbness can be Meralgia paresthetica especially if overweight. Alternatively putting all together may be from Lyme disease if applicable , or very rarely MS ( multiple sclerosis). f/u/ w/MD
