Might need: Antibiotics . You did not say how long ago you stepped on it. If it just happened you could try soaking in domeboro  three times a day for 15 minutes but if there  is a chance of leaving a splinter behind or if it has already been a couple of days the you should probably seek care.

i have about half of a toothpick stuck inside the bottom of my foot, i sanitized it with alcohol , however the toothpick is so thick in there , its just a hole, and no toothpick is sticking out enough to grab it. what do i do?

: Go to your local urgent care center, a local surgeons office or to the emergency center.  If you do have a Foreign body embedded it will get infected, thus it should be removed.  Sometimes with very small foreign bodies, its easier to let an infection start so that the F.B. can be more easily localized.  In any case this type of injury needs follow up by a health care professional.

16 year old male here. i inserted a lubricated toothpick into my urthera as a dare. the toothpick had been washed and doused with disenfectant beforehand. headaches and cold feet and arms.

Unrelated: I would suspect your symptoms are unrelated or stress induced because you are waiting for something bad to happen. I can't put the symptoms together with anything such an experiment would do. Take a hot bath or sauna and relax. It should pass. If problems persist see your doc.

how can i get rid of a tonsel stone if it is hard to access using a toothpick? can it hurt me in the long run if i don't get rid of it?

Don't use toothpick : Might cause significant bleeding which could be serious so please avoid.  Usually they don't cause serious problems.  I would usually recommend an ENT opinion about them and where removing the tonsils as a way of getting rid of the tonsolith is required or appropriate - they are often associated with recurrent tonsillitis.  I suggest doctor or ENT consult to take things further.

i got my horizontally impacted wisdom teeth removed a week ago. i ate some chicken and panicked when some food got in the little hole so i took a toothpick and tried to remove it as gently as i could. it bled only a little. will i get dry socket?
