Unrelated: I would suspect your symptoms are unrelated or stress induced because you are waiting for something bad to happen. I can't put the symptoms together with anything such an experiment would do. Take a hot bath or sauna and relax. It should pass. If problems persist see your doc.

I have recently started to feel tingling in arms, fingers and feet. Dull headache, can't sleep over 2-3 hours, balance has gotten worse last 2 weeks.
