Go to your local urgent care center, a local surgeons office or to the emergency center. If you do have a Foreign body embedded it will get infected, thus it should be removed. Sometimes with very small foreign bodies, its easier to let an infection start so that the F.B. can be more easily localized. In any case this type of injury needs follow up by a health care professional.
