I have about half of a toothpick stuck inside the bottom of my foot, i sanitized it with alcohol , however the toothpick is so thick in there , its just a hole, and no toothpick is sticking out enough to grab it. what do i do?

Go to your local urgent care center, a local surgeons office or to the emergency center. If you do have a Foreign body embedded it will get infected, thus it should be removed. Sometimes with very small foreign bodies, its easier to let an infection start so that the F.B. can be more easily localized. In any case this type of injury needs follow up by a health care professional.
