Don't worry.: Use the anusol cream as long as you have the inflammation. The steroid content is negligible.

See : See a colon and rectal surgeon. Hemorrhoides have grades and the treatments are very wide... You might benefit from having your hemorrhoids removed.

: You need warm sitz bath 3 times a day, 10-15 minutes each time. You should use the steroid cream along with preparation H rapid relief which contains lidocaine to numb the area.

No but frequent BM's: ...can aggravate the symptoms of hemorrhoids.  Frequent BM's and the associated wiping can cause irritation, inflammation and protrusion of the hemorrhoids.  Gentle wiping with an alcohol-free baby wipe or "Tucks" pads will help with the irritation.  When your diarrhea settles down, the hemorrhoids should also.  There are also OTC creams (e.g. Anusol) that may also help with hemorrhoid symptoms.

i have an external hemorrhoid. it kind of stings when i touch and apply cream but doesn't hurt that much, even during bowel movement. but it keeps bleeding slightly ever since it appeared. how do i fix the bleeding and make it go away asap?

: You can use external hemorrhoid ointment/ cream a couple of times a day. I would also consider changing your diet TO SOFTEN your stools. More fiber, less meat

Get evaluated: 90% of the patients who self-diagnose hemorrhoids don't have them.  It  all depends on the symptoms and the grade of he problem.  If some tissue comes out that you have to push back in, then you probably have problematic hemorrhoids.  See a good colorectal or general surgeon.

External vs internal: Creams are better for true external hemorrhoids, however internal hemorrhoids may prolapse to outside but are true internal hemorrhoids. In the latter case best to attempt to gently reduce the hemorrhoids to their internal position using cream as lubricant and then use suppository or foam/ cream internally. Finally fix the problem: constipation by increasing fluids/fiber and decreasing caffeine.
