Better safe than...: First things first. From this point forward protected sex with any and all partners. That means a condom &amp; a vagicide with women, etc. And knowing your partner is a good thing to keep in mind. Whether male, female, transgender. I rarely advise folks to run out and see a physician or have an evaluation, but unprotected "sex" of any kind warrants a visit. Too many possibilities out there to ignore.

WBC: An elevated WBC ( you did not tell us what the actual number is) usually represents a bacterial infection.  Dronabinol will usually lower the WBC level so i doubt that is the cause.  Complera (emtricitabine and rilpivirine and tenofovir) should not affect this either. Given your very successful HIV suppression on Complera (emtricitabine and rilpivirine and tenofovir) with a very strong immune function i doubt there is anything here to be concerned about. But, i would watch this over time.

You need a work up: if you have hiv then a pneumonia may not have fever or chills. see a doctor to do the testing that is necessary to determine what the problem really is.

HIV concerns: You're reporting an excellent CD4 count... But you do have to be careful out there in the world.  Infections of all kinds are waiting to make us sick - we should be smart about protecting ourselves AND protecting others. Yes, there are very good treatments out there now for HIV, but who wants to take meds for the rest of their life? I highly recommend talking to partners &amp; being safe all the time!

Certainly testable: the current tests for HIV look for both the virus and immune reaction to it. It would show the virus by 3 weeks if it were there.
and nervousness often causes increased stomach acid and pain and ulcer.

Sinusitis : Given your history i would recommend informing your id doctor as this sound like it could be a sinus infection and depending your HIV status, he probably would treat you with antibiotics sooner rather than a wait and see approach that can be sometimes be followed.
