WBC: An elevated WBC ( you did not tell us what the actual number is) usually represents a bacterial infection. Dronabinol will usually lower the WBC level so i doubt that is the cause. Complera (emtricitabine and rilpivirine and tenofovir) should not affect this either. Given your very successful HIV suppression on Complera (emtricitabine and rilpivirine and tenofovir) with a very strong immune function i doubt there is anything here to be concerned about. But, i would watch this over time.
