HIV concerns: You're reporting an excellent CD4 count... But you do have to be careful out there in the world. Infections of all kinds are waiting to make us sick - we should be smart about protecting ourselves AND protecting others. Yes, there are very good treatments out there now for HIV, but who wants to take meds for the rest of their life? I highly recommend talking to partners & being safe all the time!
