Sinusitis : Given your history i would recommend informing your id doctor as this sound like it could be a sinus infection and depending your HIV status, he probably would treat you with antibiotics sooner rather than a wait and see approach that can be sometimes be followed.

See below: Could be your asthma acting up, or a lung infection esp as you are HIV pos. If your HIV is advanced, you may not be able to mount a fever. Get yourself checked!
