: There is often residual tissue swelling around a any abscess or boil that is drained. It can last weeks, depending on the size of the boil/abscess.  The best results from an abscess occurs when drainage involves removal of an inner abscess lining called the rhine. If a boil is smaller, simple drainage may resolve the issue. If it recurs, it is likely because it has a rhine that needs removal.

This sounds: Like an abscess and or a fistula and if the drainage has been going on for a while with intermittent flares, probably a fistula and needs to get repaired. See a colon and rectal surgeon for diagnosis and treatment options.

GYN exam: You will need a pelvic exam performed by your GYN. Drainage is usually accomplished with local anesthesia.

Hard to say: Without seeing it. Could be a draining sebaceous cyst or an infected carbuncle  or an entrapped hair that got infected. You need to see your doc. Probably needs further attention, maybe more drainage, packing or even antibiotics . Some require surgery.

i have already had it lanced and drained and am taking 300 mg of clindamycin 4x daily for the last 7 days and it is still hard ?

Doctor can recheck: If a skin boil or abscess got lanced, but later is still firm and tender, or firm and warm and reddish, it usually means there is still infection and pus under the skin. That means going back to the doctor for a recheck and maybe a reopening to get any pus out and maybe leave gauze packing in the hole so that any drainage can get out... thus letting the hole heal from the bottom up.

Yes: It can take a while before softening up, few weeks sometimes. 
If you feel unwell or have fever otherwise, this might indicate presence of infection still and you might need to check it out

Watch and see: It is not uncommon for a lump of scar tissue to remain after an abscess drains itself. If it is not red or painful then it is likely to continue to get better. If it stays the same for more than 2 weeks or if it gets red and sore again please see your family doctor.

Yes: Very common for a hematoma over the shin bone (tibia) not to be absorbed and form a permanent cyst. If does not hurt or get in your way leave it along. Drainung it with a needle often relieves some of the size but usually recurs. Surgery can remove it permanently. Comnsider the risk benifit ratio before you proceed.

See gastroenterology: Anal fistula in young man can be result of inflammatory bowel dz(  Crohn's dz).It is very important to establish diagnosis ( colonoscopy) to get prompt treatment .Dietary management also essential ( consume daily Probiotic rich food- Yogurt, Kefir) avoid processed, fry food, ref meat..) You need to see Gastroenterologist ASAP.

Not necessarily: It takes a bit of time to settle and the hard bit is the inflammatory process around the lump. It will take few more weeks to get better
If symptoms of pain, redness, fever or feeling unwell start coming, then you would suspect that the abscess is building up again
