See gastroenterology: Anal fistula in young man can be result of inflammatory bowel dz( Crohn's dz).It is very important to establish diagnosis ( colonoscopy) to get prompt treatment .Dietary management also essential ( consume daily Probiotic rich food- Yogurt, Kefir) avoid processed, fry food, ref meat..) You need to see Gastroenterologist ASAP.
