Yes, they do: Over time, teeth can shift. No reason the RPD should do more harm than good, unless it doesn't fit properly or meticulous oral hygiene is not maintained. Have you considered dental implants as a replacement for your missing teeth?

No: You ned to wear the flipper full time .  Why are you not wearing it?  If you have a problem with the flipper see your dentist about this.  Otherwise you need to wear it until you can get the implant.  Good luck.

Depends: If is not an esthetic area it is best to use nothing at all. In the esthetic zone a temporary abutment and crown with no bite on it can be used in some situations.

  Always a possibility of flipper of loosening and being swallowed. Not recommended to sleep with small removable prosthetic appliance in your mouth.

No: Most likely not.  If your dentist is telling you to hold off on the flipper for a few weeks than that is obviously more important to leave the area alone (for as long as possible for healing) than some possible minor movement. In case of some minor movement than they can always adjust your flipper at the time of delivery. Hope that helps.

Depends: Brush teeth thoroughly in morning before breakfast to remove bacteria that can turn your meals into harmful acids.  Brush thoroughly before bed (2 minutes by the clock) to clear remaining food debris from teeth so bacteria don't have a substrate.  Brush lightly or simply rinse with water after every meal.  Floss or WaterPik daily to clean between teeth where toothbrush can't reach.

: There are no standard medical recommendations involving brushing your teeth before or after oral sex. Certainly good oral hygiene might get one to consider brushing afterwards, however. Practice safe sex, and Good luck.
