No worries: Teeth don't move that easily. No worries with the flipper. If the teeth start moving, one can discuss that at the next dental follow-up visit.

No: Don't worry. Do remove retainer before bed, brush it gently (no toothpaste, it scratches plastic), and put it into denture cleaner over night. Wearing flipper when napping, or very occasionally over night, should not be a problem.

Not possible: The flipper isn't just cosmetic, it prevents any shifting of teeth around a gap. If concerned see your dentist for eval.
