Make sure you are eating mostly fruits and vegetables, avoiding suger and high fructose corn syrup, getting enough sleep (extremely important) and see your doctor if things don't improve soon. Take care.

Diet is the key when it comes to beating fatigue. Eliminating sugars and high carb foods (grains, lentils based foods) helps to reduce inflammation. Consuming lot of vegetables, some eggs, flesh foods, olive oil, saturated fats (butter) help fight it

Heart disease (heart failure or silent ischemia) & hypoxia from copd/emphysema due to tobacco use could do this. Cfs is DX of exclusion.
