Lots of things: Nutrient-poor diet, not enough sleep, anemia, medication or drug side effects, chronic stress, hidden illness (usually with other symptoms), etc... Make sure you are eating mostly fruits and vegetables, avoiding suger and high fructose corn syrup, getting enough sleep (extremely important) and see your doctor if things don't improve soon. Well: Do you sleep well at night? Do you have recurrent ha or back pain? Do u snore badly? Shift worker? Can u nap if given opportunity or feel u need a nap that never comes? Gaining weight? My bet is anxiety predominant nightime hyperarousal, daytime lack of arousal with a possible slight depression, see it all the time, gotta check thyroid and blood count though.
