Rest: If you are physically tired, the usual antidote is adequate rest. If you feel you're more tired than your activities warrant, you could see your primary care physician to check into possible causes.

Excellent advice as always from Dr. Pappas. A general physician can usually spot physical causes of excessive tiredness

Will standing up relieve intracranial pressure?

1 doctor answer2 doctors weighed in
Dr. William Goldie
Pediatric Neurology 48 years experience
Not if bad: Pressure inside the head can change suddenly with coughing, holding the breath, or standing on the head. This rapidly improves to normal with normal positioning and breathing. Blood flow to the brain can decrease suddenly if you stand up too fast. Serious increase in intracranial pressure will not improve with standing or breathing normally. Rapid breathing is used to help in the icu.
