Most of these conditions require a doctor to perform a physical examination and take a in depth history, along with appropriate tests to determine the cause and then advise on therapy. Many Causes: Extreme fatigue can be caused by many possible medical concerns. Some common causes are medications, low thyroid, depression or anxiety, anemia, mono virus, and sleep apnea. There are also many more possible causes and so i would recommend visiting your healthcare professional and at least starting with basic blood work and a review of your current medications and overall health status.
