Many causes: Lots of causes of fatigue to consider. Anemia, depression, throud disorders, sleep apnea, obesity, lung disease, diabetes, low vitamin d, restless legs, circadian sleep disorders, sprue, just to name a few. Best to see a doctor to get this evaluated.
