No: Eye drops and ointments have little, if any, affect on a sty.  Treat a sty by using a warm compress 3-4 times per day.  Antibiotics are usually not needed.  If it fails to get better in 1-2 weeks, see an ophthalmologist for further treatment options.

Needs drainage: Most primary care doctors don't drain styes (I do if they can be drained easily). Usually an eye doc can take care of them (but they make you wait 3 weeks total time in most cases). If the stye comes back or worsens it could be something else more dangerous, or just a stye again. Best of luck

Try this: I would recommend using lots of warm compresses and then massage the stye.  Non prescription lubricant eye drops will give a temporary relief from symptoms, but will not get at the underlying problem.  If the compresses are not enough, then see an eye doctor to get extra help.

Drainage is good: Lucky for you that your stye spontaneously popped and drained.  You can accelerate the rest of the healing with frequent application of warm (not hot) soaks.  Antibiotics are of no help.  You can use lubricating eye drops to help keep the area clear and clean.

Yes, probably: The best initial treatment for a stye is warm compresses applied several times a day. Contacts are OK, make sure to wash your hands thoroughly before/after. Avoid eye make-up, as you can contaminate it, making infection more likely when you use the make-up again. If you experience pain, vision changes, sensitivity to light, a sandy/gritty sensation or discharge from your eye, seek immediate care

hi, the end of my left eye the inside is red could it be a stye or pink eye or a popped blood blesses? will the redness go away on its own? can i apply eye drops or a warm compass to help the redness go away?

: Warm compresses will help with relieving a sty.  If there is local broken blood vessel with bleeding on the white of the eye, this needs time to resolve.  If there is redness, oozing you may need antibiotic drops from your doctor.  Best to have this looked at by your doctor, someone who will be able to follow the results of any treatment.
