Why ???????: Babies are a work in progress & fat is a necessary part of their diet. The rapidly growing brain  uses cholesterol to form the insulating layer surrounding nerve attachments as they form & as the basic molecule from which various hormones are built. Failure to receive appropriate sources of dietary fat in the rapid growth period of infancy can result in  permanent developmental impairment.

Salad, etc.: You can eat all the salad you want, just use lemon juice as a dressing or a small amount of olive oil and some vinegar (i like balsamic vinegar). Vegetables such as asparagus, brocolli, cauliflower, string beans, spaghetti squash, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts are good, too, but be careful what you flavor them with. A little butter is fine as is lemon, salt & pepper.

Glucose tabs: Glucose is 4 calories/gram.  Glucose tabs are the most efficient.  Best to avoid lows.

: If you need to lose more than a couple of pounds, 100-150 calorie reduction will not do the trick. It would be preferable to cut your intake by half till you reach your target weight. It may be helpful to consult a nutritionist.

Avoid  sweeteners: Most of the artificial sweeteners including sucralose have a lot of side effects.

Stevia which is a plant product is safe.Low carbohydrate diet.

Do not use low cal food.instead drink small amount of juices. avoid all sodas.

You will be shocked to read the side effects of aspartame - refer Google.

Smaller frequent mea: The present advice for GERD is to eat frequent small meals and avoid acid containing foods like citrus juices and lemonade etc. If you are lactose intolerant,you can try  soy mik.

Bloating can be a: Sign of food allergies or gluten intolerance. Have yourself tested to make sure you know what you're allergic too. It's not the calories consumed, but the proportion of carbs to protein that will help you loose weight. Less than 1/2 cup of carbs is good with 2/3 of your plate with organic veges of 5 colors, and 4 oz of protein, lots of purified water after your meal. 1/4 cup fruit/day. Good luck!

Many!: Meats (all lean), cheeses, greens, spinach, beans, lentils.  Too many to name. Whey protein-great supplement. Many high protein-no or low-sugar products made by eas and atkin's.
