Usually: If someone that young has a heart attack is related to genetics and/or drug use(like cocaine).  Even person's with genetic cholesterol syndromes(nothing like you regularly see in the community), if and when they have early heart disease it tends to be in the 30s-40s.  A normal stress test and echo always provide reasonable reassurance.  Bigger question is why are you worried about heart disease?

Yes,: but it would be a good idea to drink plenty of fluids and get it rechecked when you are not fasting overnight. At the edge of the upper limit of normal may be insignificant and normal upon repeating the lab.

Yes: Both adrenaline and cortisol (two hormones that are released in larger amounts during stress) can elevate the WBC count.

High prolactine: Not very likely that contraceptive cause that. If you are not nursing mother then perhaps dedicated MRI of pituitary might be next step to evaluate finding provided that repeated prolactine test is consistently high.

How do you feel?: Reference ranges are set so that a few percent of healthies fall outside on either end. If you feel okay, I would not give this another thought.

Foot pain: While this certainly could be a stress fracture, it could be from ill fitting shoes, a deep bruise, tendon injury, or poor support for your arch when running.  I suggest you see a podiatrist of an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in feet for an evaluation.  Bring your running shoes with you to your visit.  It may be as simple as an orthotic to solve your problem.

Hemorrhoids: Are more often related to severe and chronic constipation, straining at stool, obesity, pregnancy, anal intercourse, and low-fiber diet.  Heart rate and blood pressure can increase during times of stress and anxiety.  But elevated heart rate is not the cause of increased bp.  Psychologists and psychiatrists can help you with stress and anxiety.

i have a elevated day temp of 99.2-99.3 when taking temp in the ear. i normal cbc test and negative ana test. thyroid is normal. can stress cause this?
