Yes,: but it would be a good idea to drink plenty of fluids and get it rechecked when you are not fasting overnight. At the edge of the upper limit of normal may be insignificant and normal upon repeating the lab. http://www.mayoclinic.org/symptoms/high-blood-protein/basics/causes/SYM-20050599

Not really abnormal: A level just above the upper limit of normal is not a reason for concern. Dehydration could be a contributing factor but I would not be worried about this result.
