Yes: Both adrenaline and cortisol (two hormones that are released in larger amounts during stress) can elevate the WBC count.

These counts are fin: It is hard to get concerned with slight variations in your WBC counts from one week to the other. You should not be so worried that you create probelms when you do not actually have one. I would not do anything further as all your counts as written here look healthy to me. Do not recheck them unless there is a reason to check them...Otherwise you will create more stress and then , a vicoius cycle.
