Hemorrhoids: Are more often related to severe and chronic constipation, straining at stool, obesity, pregnancy, anal intercourse, and low-fiber diet. Heart rate and blood pressure can increase during times of stress and anxiety. But elevated heart rate is not the cause of increased bp. Psychologists and psychiatrists can help you with stress and anxiety.

Please see a Colorectal Surgeon for a thorough examination and recommendation for treatment and then see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy to help you cope with emotional stress and trauma since this can worsen your physical health.
