Usually: If someone that young has a heart attack is related to genetics and/or drug use(like cocaine). Even person's with genetic cholesterol syndromes(nothing like you regularly see in the community), if and when they have early heart disease it tends to be in the 30s-40s. A normal stress test and echo always provide reasonable reassurance. Bigger question is why are you worried about heart disease?
