Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It is good that you are physically active. Try to increase your water intake enough so that your urine is mostly colorless. If the symptoms persist beyond two weeks, it would be prudent to see your doctor.

Muscle strain?: Did you do some sort of vigorous activity before this started?  You don't mention your gender; if female, the ovary or uterus can be involved.  If male, you don't have those parts!!  Groin pain usually comes from pulled or strained muscles, sometimes from a hernia (pushing of insides through muscles), which may show up as a lump in the groin when standing, coughing, straining. Ovarian cyst?: Many things can cause the symptoms you describe, but a cyst definitely comes to mind with everything you mentioned.  They can grow and shrink depending on your hormone levels.

Just about anything: You need a good pelvic exam, sonogram and maybe a cat scan.

30 years ago, my son had double inguinal hernia surgery with mesh, he was 4 years old. over the years, the left side bothers him from time to time, he gets a dull ache in the area, lasts a while then gets better, what is this from? is this a concern?

: It is extremely surprising that a mesh was used for repair at that age, Generally not used in persons before puberty. Best is that he see a heneral surgeon to see if the symptoms are related to the mesh or are from another reason.

Probably normal: These types of "tension" repairs are often associated with pain for 4-6 weeks. On rare occasions, chronic pain of varying levels can develop. If you think something is wrong, see your surgeon for a follow up exam. : Recurrence of UTI 2 weeks after treatment require evaluation. Pain in the back may be associated with infection in the kidney or kidney stone or unrelated to the bladder infection. Consideration may include imaging studies to evaluate for anatomical etiology of the recurrence.

Most likely not.: Classic pregnancy sxs usually don’t begin until after your period is missed or thereafter (6-8 wks). These can include: tender /swollen breasts, nausea or vomiting; lack of period; ^ frequency of urination; headaches, insomnia, fatigue. Moodiness, mild cramping, food cravings ; aversions; passing gas; enlarging waist line. Etc. There may be ^ white vaginal discharge.  Take a home pregnancy test &gt;.

Needs to be checked: Dull ache from the bottom of the back and groin area following a miscarriage needs to be checked,It may or may not be related to the miscarriage.May be due to infection or some other cause.Needs more detailed history and physical exam and in indicated some cultures and imaging like ultrasound etc,

See below: Possibilities include strain of groin muscles, problem with the hip itself or sometimes a problem with the sacroiliac joint . Less common cause in a 24 year old would be a hernia.  Would recommend you see a sports medicine doctor who can figure it out for you.
