Needs to be checked: Dull ache from the bottom of the back and groin area following a miscarriage needs to be checked,It may or may not be related to the miscarriage.May be due to infection or some other cause.Needs more detailed history and physical exam and in indicated some cultures and imaging like ultrasound etc,
