Several possibilites: Could be constipation - probably the most likely. However, there are multiple other possible causes. In that area the organs that are present and most likely to be involved are your colon and an ovary. Anything related to these organs could cause discomfort. Could be ovulatory pain, an ovarian cyst or even ovarian cancer. Get checked if the pain doesn't go away on its own.
