Accepted Answer

Lymph nodes: This seems to indicate an infective process of some sort. There are also other causes as well. If the lymph nodes are all swollen all over then you must go and see your doctor and get blood tests done.

sore left armpit for months. cannot feel swelling. but sometimes if i feel really hard i feel like maybe i can feel lymph nodes. what could this be? also the front of my neck has been hurting on the left side. it also causes my ears to hurt?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. 
In the meantime, start exercising. Begin with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity so that you sweat profusely. It may take a few months for the full effect.  Wish you good health!

: Your recent infection is the likely cause of enlarged nodes. You could watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. See a doctor: It is not clear whether the lymph node you feel under your arm is related to your fatigue. However, you need to see a doctor to review these symptoms and findings, confirm whether it is a lymph node or something else, and to evaluate the cause of your problems.

had treatment for cellulitis. it now the 3rd week and i still have some swelling and redness on the leg. also it is sore when i touch my lymph nodes?

Cellulitis: If properly treated, swelling redness pain and tender lymph nodes should have resolved completely by 3 weeks.  It is hard to tell from your question how much it has improved with treatment.  Either way a re-evaluation by the doctor who treated you is in order.

Hernia: Swollen lymph nodes in the groin area occur just under the inguinal ligament within the femoral triangle of the upper thigh.  A swelling just near or under the base of the penis is where the opening of the inguinal canal is and where a loop of bowel can slide down to become fixed or incarcerated.  Tenderness may be first sign toward strangulation and must be reduced to prevent bowel damage.

found a large lump in my upper vagina lip, sore when even not touching, can't see lump but can feel it, a little swelling, the area above it, is also sore, my pubic area, and also the lymph node at that side is also tender to touch?

: You should be examined by your gynecologist for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Possibilities include an infected Bartholin's cyst or a herpes infection. Both of these require treatment. In the meantime apply hot ( not boiling) water compresses.

: If you have reactive lymph nodes, the problem is not from allergy but likely due to a viral illness. Most viral infections will resolve after 5-7 days unless you have bacterial super-infection.
I do not understand why your doctor stated that he will prescribe stronger allergic medications if you do not improve by Wednesday.

severe tinnitus 6 years. fullness in left side of my head, body aches, lymph node swelling in neck & behind ear. mri's, blood negative. help pls.

ENT follow up?: Possible eustachian tube disorder. An exam by an ENT may help rule out ETD. Epstein barr  or CMV possible. Biopsy of one of the lymph nodes would be helpful in case it's sarcoidosis. Meniere's and rare migraine also a possibility.
