No: Cervix cancer begins in the mucosal lining of the cervix as in-situ disease which hope is picked up on pap smear.  These changes are microscopic.  When the lesion invades basement membrane into musculature of cervix there is an ulcerating lesion that bleeds and can be defined early on by culposcopy.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to know what you felt. Cervix has the consistency of the tip of your nose, not quite hard. What you described may be a cyst. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation. Cancer is unlikely.

Vaginal exam: Although you would have to ask your gynecologist what they mean by "delicate", this term has been used to describe cervical tissues that are fragile, bleed easily and have been disrupted by some inflammatory process. If your doctor says not cancerous it is good news and you can be successfully treated and cured with antibiotics.  Good luck.

i had an abnormal pap smear and i had to go for a biopsy this morning. the doctor saw white spots on my cervix. does this mean i have cancer? im 25

Don't know: I don't know since the biopsy results are not in yet. White spots on the cervix at colposcopy can also be due to non "cancerous CIN( Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia/Dysplasia). Await the results and talk to your MD about them.

i have a uterine polyp that comes and goes for years. my mother just got diagnosed with precancerous cells in her uterus and cervix. does that mean i'm at a high risk of having precancer or cancer and should remove it?

: Intrauterine polyps are rarely malignant.  "Pre-cancerous cells" may occur after menopause from estrogen stimulation of the lining of the uterus (endometrium), and or cervical dysplasia from HPV for example.  See your GYN physician for a thorough discussion of options.

You can have cervical pre- cancer which is called dysplasia , there are numerous articlesonline that u can read about it but call you doctor as your doc should explain exactly what you have and what you are supposed to do for followup or treatment depending on exactly what you have, also could be chronic cer.

Can be, but not...: Bladder cancer is not directly related with the occurrence of cervical lesion or caner, but independent. But generally, one with cancer in one organ tends to have a higher possibility to have another primary cancer in other organs as compared to the corresponding general population; this may reflect the working of genetic factors and lifestyle.
