If pain is upper higher, it may show problem with the spleen or the ribs. It also evaluate the bowels and other organs as well.

Depends on stage: Intussusception may be intermitted, that is the bowel may go in and out. So ct is sensitive when taken during the pain. 
Ct might show, signs of inflammation, obstruction, the donut sign or 3rd kidney sign at the site of the intussusception.

Intussusception: Is telescoping of the intestine. It is a pathological finding that need to be addressed because it might associated with an underlying malignancy. Recently and due to high- speed multiple cut ct scan, intussusception is frequently seen and is secondary to normal peristalsis of the bowel. In this situation, a repeat ct is required for confirmation.

Probably normal: Attenuation is a way to describe how tissues look on ct scan. High attenuation is bright, and low attenuation is dark. This helps the radiologist tell what type of tissue they are looking at. In your case, your kidneys have bright granular material and stone . This implies that your kidneys are collecting material that is causing kidney stones. A doctor can tell you more. Your liver is normal.

Yes: It would depend on whether the hiatal hernia is up or down when the procedure is down.  If the hiatal hernia is always above the diaphragm then it would show.

No test has: 100% sensitivity for detecting abnormalities.  CT and other imaging studies are good at detecting many things, but may not visualize processes that do not cause masses or other focal abnormalities, for example functional abnormalities or low grade inflammatory/viral processes.

i had lung nodule found on ct of abdomen. they r going to do full ct.  i recently had clean x-ray of chest.  what should i think?

It depends on: the characteristics of the nodule and your risk profile.  If you are at low risk(i.e. a nonsmoker), and the nodule is a small smooth rounded incidental nodule, likely it will mean follow up at 6 or 12 months for a couple of years to confirm stability, since the vast majority of these are benign. If it is large and irregular in shape, and you are at higher risk, it becomes more suspicious.
