What will they find on a ct of abdomen with pain in left side?

See below: A pain on the left side of the abdomen may indicate diverticular disease of the colon, ie diverticulosis or diverticultis. It may also show abnormal fluid or a tumor. If pain is upper higher, it may show problem with the spleen or the ribs. It also evaluate the bowels and other organs as well.
