Probably normal: Attenuation is a way to describe how tissues look on ct scan. High attenuation is bright, and low attenuation is dark. This helps the radiologist tell what type of tissue they are looking at. In your case, your kidneys have bright granular material and stone . This implies that your kidneys are collecting material that is causing kidney stones. A doctor can tell you more. Your liver is normal.

Hard to be sure...: The description "granular high attenuation in kidneys" is not descriptive enough to know what the radiologist definitely meant. They should have put their interpretation of this finding in the impression. It may be related to the kidney stones they mention. Make sure you clarify with your doc. The phrase "uniform attenuation in the liver" is another way of saying nothing abnormal seen in liver.
