Plan : The first of all you need rest. Ice helpful within first 24 hours. Pain medication like Advil 400 or 600 mg every 6 hours. Absence of fracture is good sign. If bowel movements and urinations is fine you should be ok in2-3 weeks.

Back pain: My hunch is you have wear and tear osteoarthritis from carrying around 80 kg x 2.2 lbs x 4 sticks of butter per pound or 704 sticks of butter around on you back for some time. Replace Lyrica?: Neurontin (Gabapentin) has a similar functionality to Lyrica and may be less expensive.  Cymbalta may be another option for this purpose.

Back and leg pain : Back pain going to the leg with pins and needles is most likely an inflamed nerve in the back. But the questions is why do you have it? Spine-related pain is most likely due to long-standing problems like back arthritis or degenerated low back discs which get inflamed.  Rarely does advanced testing add information when compared to a good physical examination from an experienced spinal specialist

Need to see images: Scheuerman's disease is also known as vertebral epiphysitis, usually involving the thoracic spine, typically adolescent males.  It can involve the lumbar spine.

There are a number of criteria that need to be met, generally based on the appearance of lateral spine radiographs.

Need abnormal angulation (kyphosis) and wedging of least 3 adjacent vertebrae.

: Translation= you have an old back where the bones are frayed &amp; disks between vertebrae are not as plump as they were when younger. That means the space between vertebrae is narrower &amp; may/may not impinge on nerves that exit from the spinal cord. It means little without the correlation of a history and exam. By itself it could be an incidental x-ray of a person that age with no symptoms at all.

i got an iron infusion 1500mg. is sharp pulsing lower back pain that comes & goes normal 2 days after it? & how much will 1500mg raise iron levels?

Depends: 1. Pain after iron infusion is not normal and if the pain persists, you should contact your doctor.
2. !500 mg. Normal body contains 4-5 gms of iron, about 2.5 in blood as hemoglobin and about 2.0 in storage. If you were anemic due to iron deficiency, you had essentially no iron in storage and 1.5 gm infusion would barely bring you to normal baseline. You need the address the cause of iron loss.
