2nd trimester, maybe: Once the uterus becomes an abdominal organ and leaves the pelvic cavity in the 2nd trimester the symptoms may abate. However, your abdomen will become distended at that point, and there may be other symptoms of pregnancy.

: Because of the significant changes in female hormones during pregnancy, there should be no monthly cramps or bleeding. If you are experiencing some cramping at week 12-13, talk to your OB. They will typically check the baby with Ultrasound and make sure everything is OK. They may recommend bed rest or less activity, especially if the cramps are accompanied by bleeding.

is it too early to take a pregnacy tst i had unprotected sex the whole month of october, my period come every 10, 11, 12 and every time it comes its heavy and i get a lot of cramping. but this month no cramps at all and it not really blood its kind of bro

Most : Most home pregnancy tests are accurate about week after your missed period.  You may have taken the test a little early.  You can give it a few more days and take the test again, or you can call your doctor.  Your doctor can give you a pregnancy test that will have a little earlier accuracy.

: It would be best if you see a Gynecologist who can examine you thoroughly. If you are uncomfortable with your Dr. you could see another one for a 2nd opinion.

: Any symptoms due to a pregnancy would be triggered by the hormones that turn a simple urine pregnancy test positive. These are available over the counter at most dollar stores or supermarkets. The cited exposure risk is low.

i had unprotected sex and we are not sure if he cum in. i had plan b within 24 hours. i saw some blood spotting. but now im period is 2 day late. im getting cramps and pain. im not sure if it can be pregnancy? how can i get period at home ?

: Using the plan B method was a good idea and it probably did prevent implantation, however not he is 100% .  It would make sense to do a home pregnancy test.  The best advise would be to see you GYN to make certain you do not have an ectopic pregnancy.  Serial B- HCGs would be very helpful to make certain there is not a fertilized ovum.  Ectopic pregnancies can be dangerous.

Yes: Your uterus is stretching as the baby grows, and cramping is a normal response to this.  However, if you are having cramping that is worse than menstrual cramps, or if the cramping is accompanied by bleeding, you need to be evaluated right away.

Could be normal: Stretching/pulling cramps are not uncommon in early pregnancy, and often relate to the stretching of the round ligaments--supporting structures for the uterus. But there are other possible causes as well.  You should ask your doctor at your next appointment, and if you have bleeding or severe cramps, see your dr right away.

You can take an: Anti inflammatory pain pill such as Ibuprofen or naprosyn (naproxen).  Use as directed.
