Most : Most home pregnancy tests are accurate about week after your missed period. You may have taken the test a little early. You can give it a few more days and take the test again, or you can call your doctor. Your doctor can give you a pregnancy test that will have a little earlier accuracy.

Pregnant ?: Wait another week to ten days and repeat the home pregnancy test. If negative, and no additional bleeding, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregancy.
