Is your weight: Normal? If it is not then it is normal to be hungry as it is a body signal to be normal. Waking up early is normal for lots of people so i would not wory about that if you are getting enough sleep. How may hours are your sleeping? Do you have racing thoughts? Are your moods normal? You might have a condition a psychologist can help. I really need more information. Are you eating right? Exercise?

Migrain: More history is needed re duration of pain, time of day headache is worse, where in the head it hurts more and any associated symptoms. History of Migrain in famiky is also importent. Make sure your BP is normal and your eye sight is normal, two important causes of headaches.

Adequate sleep: This depends upon the time you fall asleep and the quality of your sleep. It's recommended that you get about 7 or 8 hours sleep each night and if you sleep a lot longer than that, perhaps you should set the alarm to awaken you. If you sleep much less than that and have daytime drowsiness, you have to improve your bedtime routine(avoid caffeine, nicotine, night time alcohol,heavy meals late, etc).

Light-headed?: Unbalanced? If a person feels light-headed after getting up, he may be getting up faster than his blood can flow to his head. His dr. Can evaluate and check for low blood pressure.
