Possible reasons.: I do not know? Do you get 8 solid hours of quality sleep per night? If you are sleep deprived that could make waking up in am difficult. Do you have a sleep condition (i.e., like sleep apnea) that prevents you from getting good quality sleep. Do you wake in the middle of the night? Are there yes's to any of these questions?
