Adequate sleep: This depends upon the time you fall asleep and the quality of your sleep. It's recommended that you get about 7 or 8 hours sleep each night and if you sleep a lot longer than that, perhaps you should set the alarm to awaken you. If you sleep much less than that and have daytime drowsiness, you have to improve your bedtime routine(avoid caffeine, nicotine, night time alcohol,heavy meals late, etc).
