Is your weight: Normal? If it is not then it is normal to be hungry as it is a body signal to be normal. Waking up early is normal for lots of people so i would not wory about that if you are getting enough sleep. How may hours are your sleeping? Do you have racing thoughts? Are your moods normal? You might have a condition a psychologist can help. I really need more information. Are you eating right? Exercise?
